  3. Secure Your Home – Reserve your plot with a reservation fee and appoint a solicitor.
  4. Missives and Legal – Once your mortgage is approved, your solicitor will work with ours to conclude missives (the legal contract of sale in Scotland).
  5. Site Progress & Updates – We’ll keep you informed with regular updates on construction and anticipated handover dates.
  6. Home Demonstration & Handover – Before you move in, we’ll walk you through your new home and ensure you understand how everything works.

After You Move In

Our customer care team is on hand for any queries or concerns you may have after you move in. We also provide a 2-year Nova Homes warranty, plus a 10-year structural warranty through an approved provider.
