Nova Homes secures planning permission for 22 luxury homes in Bishopbriggs

Planning permission has been granted for Nova Homes’ proposed residential development at Crofthead, Bishopbriggs, situated to the west of Kirkintilloch Road

Designed with families in mind, the proposed development comprises the construction of 22 luxury 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes.

Construction work is scheduled to begin in Spring 2026, with the first homes expected to be ready for occupation late 2026.

Nova Homes was founded in 2023, by Gordon Cunningham, who is also the Managing Director of Clark Contracts, Nova Homes construction partner. The board also includes Ed Monaghan, former CEO of Mactaggart & Mickel, as Non-Executive Director.

In addition to the Bishopbriggs development, Nova Homes has submitted Planning for a new development of 62 homes in Neilston, East Renfrewshire.
