Nova Homes submits planning permission for 62 homes in Neilston
Planning permission has been submitted for Nova Homes’ proposed residential development at Holehouse Brae, Neilston.
The development includes 62 new high-quality homes for sale, including a mix of detached, semi-detached, and flatted properties, with a particular focus on family living through the introduction of three and four-bedroom homes. The scheme also includes associated infrastructure, landscaping, and generous open space to support a vibrant, well-connected community environment.
Within the development 36 homes for social rent will also be delivered to support East Renfrewshire’s local housing needs
Construction work is scheduled to begin in late Summer 2026, with the first homes expected to be ready for occupation Spring 2027.

Nova Homes was founded in 2023, by Gordon Cunningham, who is also the Managing Director of Clark Contracts, Nova Homes construction partner. The board also includes Ed Monaghan, former CEO of Mactaggart & Mickel, as Non-Executive Director.
